- To manage recruitment-related operations
- To respond to inquiries from Applicants
(3) Employee Management- To manage human resources, labor relations, occupational health and safety, and other employment-related information

(4) Handling of Entrusted Data- To handle personal data entrusted to the Company by clients. In such cases, the Company will process such data solely in accordance with the client's instructions and within the scope of the outsourcing agreement.

The Company will respond to requests from data subjects for notification of the purposes of use of personal data the Company holds, as well as for the disclosure, correction (including addition and deletion), suspension of use(including erasure), or suspension of provision to third parties of such data. The Company implements necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of Customers' personal data and to otherwise ensure the secure management of such personal data.
